Cancellation Policy
We charge a 30% fee for ALL no shows. You must cancel no less than 12 hours before your booked appointment time to avoid automatically being charged.
* If you CANCEL on the SAME DAY as your booked appointment you may be subject to a 30% cancelation fee as we are not able to fill your spot that late.
**Deposits: IF your appointment required a deposit, and you do not show up, the deposit will be kept and is non-refundable. You will NOT be charged an extra 30%.
